PRAISE

“A beautiful representation and celebration of art, community, and life in all its glory and its disappointments, the book itself mirroring that initial artful presentation, itself a town of voices to wander through.”

–2023 IPNE Book Awards Judge

“PoemCity is like a garden in mid winter, flowers breaking through the snow. I am proud to have seen some of those blooms.”

–Philip Coleman, South Burlington

“As a poet, I am inspired by the world and my place within it. I believe poetry is an artform that is inextricable from everyday existence, a tool and mode of personal expression that creates and strengthens relations and understanding between all things. I am naturally looking forward to encountering other local poets and enjoying their work.”

–Deven Valliere, Sharon
