Toussaint St. Negritude returns to Maine, where he was the poet laureate of Belfast, to launch his debut collection in Rockland. The poet and bass clarinetist will perform and sign copies of Mountain Spells: Poems. Doors open at 6 pm; event begins at 6:30 pm
